Introducing Miniature Manors:
Our custom-built granny annexes and micro-homes are a cost-effective way to create the extra space that you need. They are ideal for housing elderly relatives, older children who would like a private space, and can be tailored to create the dream holiday letting.
The specifications on our micro-homes can be adapted to create the privacy and independence you would like for your guests. We use high quality double-glazing and the same insulation which is used on house builds, to ensure that your garden room can be used year-round.
The Miniature Manors team can install washrooms, kitchens, multiple bedrooms and even hot tub areas. We offer a bespoke design service on all of our granny annexes, which allows you to create a styled building which will looking stunning in your garden. You may wish to consider a pitched roof if you are looking for a rustic feel, or red cedar cladding if you would like a contemporary micro-home. Our friendly team can also assist you through the planning permission process if required.
How to organise a site visit or view a show building:
As all of our designs are bespoke, we do not have a showroom. However, we have a wealth of happy clients who are willing to show you their own Miniature Manors garden room or provide a testimonial.
After your initial enquiry, we advise that you book a meeting with a member of our operations team. To book in a site-visit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01403 610 619.
