We provide beautiful, architecturally designed, sustainable garden offices & rooms to both businesses & individuals. Modulr Space Ltd is a company born out of the COVID-19 pandemic; a company conceived specifically for the ‘new normal’ with a unique solution to meet a new and fast-growing new market – the sudden and urgent need for a superior kind of garden work or leisure space.

We are much more though, than a manufacturer of garden buildings. The company has grown out of FDArchitecture Ltd, a long-established architectural practice whose client portfolio features many of the world’s leading brands. Unlike any other ‘home office’ or garden structure, our Moduls are conceived and created to the highest specification by a team architects and structural engineers with the principles of sustainability, longevity and energy-efficiency in mind. So they’re ideal for individual homeowners looking for a stylish personal space for work or leisure. Our units have been designed and constructed to have a greater insulative U value than what is set out by building regulations for a new build dwelling – so they are really efficient.

For businesses concerned for the welfare and wellbeing of employees working from home, they’re the only product of this kind where the designers, architects and engineers have considered the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. What’s more, professional advice and insight on planning and site issues and maximum tax-efficiency are all part of your unique Modulr solution. Our Small Space units are designed to be moveable and so can be re-deployed easily.

All our units come fully fitted out and in some cases with integrated desk and blinds. We provide an NICEIC certificate for the tested electrics. All our units come with a WiFi TP link access point. Our units have a 20 year structural warranty and are constructed using premium, sustainable, recyclable materials specifically chosen for their low maintenance credentials and longevity such as Accoya, Expanded Cork, EPDM, Smile Plastics, SUNFLEX UK aluminium glazing systems and doors, Kvadrat fabrics and Kvadrat Shade blinds.
